Booth FAQ
Who may book your compost booth?
We accept bookings from:
- Schools / Educational Institutions
- Corporates
- Communities (library talks, gardening groups, community centres, private and public housing estates etc)
- Cafes, restaurants
What do I need to provide on the day of the booth?
On the day of the booth, you are kindly required to provide:
- Tables (please provide table dimensions)
- Chairs
- Power supply
- Recommended: Wireless microphone and sound system – Composting In Singapore will provide emcee and lively music if microphone and sound system are provided
- Recommended: Projector with projector screen (or) large-screen TV
We will arrive 1 hour ahead of time to set up.
What are your booth rates?
It is a fixed fee per hour (minimum 2 hours required). Kindly contact us for our rate.
Please note that we require to receive 50% non-refundable deposit in order to confirm your booking.
Clients may lose their preferred date / time slot to others if they fail to make the non-refundable deposit in a timely manner.
We do not accept any change in date and timing after booking has been confirmed.
Remainder payment to be made in cash or PayNow immediately after the booth session.
We will issue an invoice and receipt for each payment.
What are the modes of payment?
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Cash
- PayNow (UEN 53190452X)
- Cheque (Please make payable to Kainosis Sustainability Development Consultancy)
- Bank Transfer (Maybank Flexibiz Account: 04181060391)
- E-invoice through vendors@gov
Please note that we do not accept payment by credit card at the moment.
How do I secure my preferred date and time slot?
Your booking slot will only be secured after we receive your 50% non-refundable deposit.
To book our booth, follow the 3 steps below:
- Fill in and submit our online booking form
- Await our reply
- Make 50% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of our reply
Please note that clients may lose their preferred date / time slot to others if they fail to make the deposit in a timely manner.
We do not accept any change in date and timing after booking has been confirmed.
What are the terms and conditions for engaging your booth?
CIS reserves the right to photograph and record videos of the booth / event for training, review, and documentation purposes. CIS may use the photographs and videos for publicity purposes.
Booking will only be confirmed after CIS receives the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Clients may lose their preferred date / time slot to other clients if they fail to make the deposit in a timely manner.
